How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. For most orders, delivery typically takes 2-6 business days for the UK,the European countries, and the USA,CA,AU,JP,New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Korea. (Please note that if the item is out of stock at our overseas warehouses, delivery may take slightly longer.)（If there are any taxes incurred as a result, please feel free to reach out to us.）

For other countries, the estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days. The above time limits apply to most cases, but there are exceptions sometimes. Please be aware of this. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, currently delivering to 136 countries. Only a few remote areas are excluded from ordering due to the lack of available shipping providers. As long as your country is available when choosing the shipping address at checkout, you can safely proceed with your order.

Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once your order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping to 103 countries including the UK, the US, most of Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Saudi Arabia and more.

Some Countries also require shipping charges. These charges are determined based on the rates provided by our logistics partners.
